Brent Comstock — Founder, Comstock Strategic AI

The Experience Behind
the Strategy.

35 years building secure enterprise systems and programs. Now helping organizations get AI right from the start.

Background

Brent Comstock spent two decades as an executive and practitioner inside some of the largest financial institutions in the country — U.S. Bank, ADP, SunTrust, Elavon, Cox Communications, and Early Warning, the organization behind Zelle.

That career spanned Information Security, identity and access management (IAM), data management, process design, and the kind of large-scale technology governance that most organizations only encounter during a crisis.

Before that, fifteen years of consulting work in data integration and process optimization gave him a cross-industry view that few practitioners develop inside a single organization: what works, what breaks under pressure, and what gets retrofitted at great cost when it wasn't designed right from the beginning.

Comstock Strategic AI exists because that pattern — deploy first, secure later — is repeating with AI, and the cost of getting it wrong is higher than it has ever been.

My Approach

I don't believe in AI for AI's sake. Every engagement starts with your business goals — not a technology pitch. I assess where AI can create real value, identify the risks, and build a roadmap that accounts for security, governance, and practical implementation.

You work directly with me — not a junior team. That means senior-level attention from day one, faster decision-making, and accountability that only comes from a founder-led practice.
